ما تشکل های مستقل زنان، مسمومیت‌های سریالی دانش‌آموزان
دختران ایران با گاز شیمیایی که از نهم آذرماه از مدارس قم آغاز شد و
به ۲۸ استان ایران رسید و متجاوز از پنج هزار دانش‌آموز
را راهی بیمارستان کرد و سبب کشته شدن چند تن از این نوجوانان گردیده
است را بشدت محکوم می‌کنیم.
اگر در خلال
متجاوز از چهار دهه استقرار جمهوری اسلامی حملات و سیاستهای زن ستیز بر روی زنان
عمدتا تمرکز داشته است٫ اینبار با حضور بیباکانه دختران و نقش آفرینی آنان در جنبش
زن زندگی ازادی سلامت و امنیت آنان مورد حملات دد منشانه قرار گرفته است. جوانان و
دختران در مبارزات شجاعانه خود در پی آینده‌ای هستند که جمهوری اسلامی نمیتواند
فراهم آورد. حملات با گاز شیمیایی به گونه گسترده و‌سریالی بطور قطع تاثیرات جسمی و روحی برای این نوجوانان
به دنبال خواهد داشت. ترس و واهمه برای سلامت فرزندان در فضای
آموزشی در روح و روان خانواده ها قرار گرفته و این نوجوانان تاثیرات روانی
انرا در بازه زمانی عمر خود بدون شک تجربه خواهند کرد.
جمهوری اسلامی که با
دوربین های مداربسته هر‌گونه کنش دانش اموزان و آموزگاران را در مدارس رصد کرده و
دانش آموزان را بدلیل پایین کشیدن عکس خمینی و یا عدم رعایت حجاب، به شدید ترین
شکل ممکن مجازات می کند. اکنون بیش از پنج ماه است که کوچکترین تلاشی برای پیدا کردن ردی ازآمرین و عاملین این جنایت گسترده نکرده است.
ایران تنها کشوری نیست که اقدام علیه آموزش
دختران کرده، افغانستان و نیجریه نیز امنیت
مدارس را با حملات نظامی به
مخاطره انداخته است. "ائتلاف جهانی برای محافظت از
آموزش در برابر حمله" (GCPEA) ابتدا در سال ۲۰۱۰ با نهادهایی که نگران حملات
مداوم به مؤسسات آموزشی، دانش آموزان و کارکنان آنها در کشورهای متاثر از
درگیریهای نظامی و ناامنی بودند به وجود آمد. سپس “
اعلامیه مدارس ایمن “ در سال ۲۰۱۵, تعهد سیاسی کشور ها
برای حفظ امنیت مدارس و سلامت دانش اموزان را تضمین کرد. تا کنون ۱۱۷ کشور آنرا امضا کرده اند اما جمهوری اسلامی ایران آنرا امضا
نکرده است.
در
مقابل این
حملات جنایتکارانه و جبهه جدید جنگ و‌ستیز جمهوری اسلامی با زنان و
دختران، آموزگاران شریف و متعهد
ایران با روحیه مبارزاتی خود همگام با دانش آموزان به مثابه بخش تفکیک
ناپذیر از جنبش زن٫ زندگی ازادی هستند و این جنبش سر بازگشت نخواهد
داشت و صدای گامهای آن بسوی آینده همچنان در ایران و جهان طنین افکن است.

جامعه بین الملل , نهاد های حقوق کودک , اتحادیه های آموزگاران کشور های گوناگون, "ائتلاف جهانی برای محافظت از آموزش در برابر حمله "خواستار تحقیقات مستقل برای تعیین علت دقیق این اقدامات هدفمند
برای ناامنی مدارس دختران, ایجاد فضای رعب و
وحشت و به خطر انداختن سلامت جسم و
روان دانش آموزان میباشیم.

Statement Condemning Chemical Attacks on Students
We, independent women's organizations, strongly condemn the serial
poisoning of Iranian students with chemical gas, which began on November 30th
2022 in the schools of Qom and has reached 28 provinces of Iran, sending more
than five thousand students to the hospital and causing the death of several of
teenagers.
For more than four decades, the establishment of the Islamic
Republic has attacked and suppressed women with anti-feminist policies, and this
time is no different. However, with the fearless presence and role of women and
girls in the current movement, their health and safety is even more under
attack. In their brave struggles, young men and women are looking for a future
that the Islamic Republic cannot provide. Chemical gas attacks in a wide and
serial way will most certainly have physical and mental effects on these
teenagers. Fear and anxiety for their children's health at school has been
placed in the hearts and souls of their families, and these children will
undoubtedly experience its psychological effects in their lifetime.
The Islamic Republic monitors any actions of students and
teachers in schools with CCTV cameras, and punishes students in the most severe
way for simply taking down Khomeini's photo or not wearing hijab. It has been
more than five months now that the regime has not made even the slightest
attempt to find the perpetrators of this massive widespread and ongoing crime.
A crime akin to chemical warfare.
Iran is not the only
country that has taken action against the education of women and girls;
Afghanistan and Nigeria have also threatened the security of schools with
military attacks. The Global Coalition to Protect Education from Attack (GCPEA)
was originally formed in 2010 by organizations concerned about ongoing attacks
on educational institutions, students and staff in countries affected by
military conflict and insecurity. The Safe Schools Declaration in 2015
guaranteed the political commitment of countries to maintain the safety of
schools and the health of students. So far 117 countries have signed, and yet
the Islamic Republic of Iran has not.
Facing these criminal attacks and the new front of the Islamic
Republic's war against women and girls, Iran's committed teachers are fighting
alongside their students. Together they are an inseparable part of the women’s
movement for liberation; a movement that can and will only move forward. Their resounding steps towards a free and
equal future are actively resonating throughout Iran, and the world.
We, independent women's organizations, request from the
international community, children's rights organizations, worldwide teachers'
unions, and the GCPEA, to conduct an independent investigation to determine the
cause and perpetrators of these targeted measures against girls' schools,
continuously terrorizing and endangering the physical safety, and mental health
of students.
