خشونتی وحشیانه علیه زنان که بنوعی قانونی رواج یافته می‌باشد؛ محکوم است!
طی چند روز گذشته خبر جانباختن دختری ۲۲ ساله سنندجی همه را به نوعی شوکه کرد که توسط بخوانید پدر خود با انگیزه قرون وسطایی و متحجرانه « دفاع از ناموس خانواده» به قتل رسید.
این خبر در شبکه‌های اجتماعی انتشار یافت و بسیاری از کاربران، انزجار خود از این جنایات را ابراز نمودند. بدون شک آمار واقعی قربانیان قتل‌های ناموسی فراتر از آماری می‌باشد که توسط رسانه های اجتماعی منتشر میشود.
بدین وسیله ضمن محکوم کردن چنین جنایت هولناکی یاد تمامی قربانیان قتل‌های خانوادگی و فائزه ملکی نیا دختر جوانی که به اتهام داشتن "دوست پسر" با دستهای کثیف پدرش به آتش کشیده شد را گرامی میداریم!
«قتل های ناموسی» یکی از اشکال وحشیانه خشونتی است که بر زنان و دختران اعمال میشود.
این خشونتِ افسارگسیخته که ریشه در مناسبات پدرسالاری دارد، دیر بازیست مثل خُره به جان زنان در جوامع عقب‌مانده افتاده و هر روزه هم ابعاد دهشتناکی پیدا کرده است.
طی سالیان متمادی زنان در تمامی عرصه‌های سیاسی، اجتماعی، قضایی، اقتصادی و … مورد خشونت و تبعیض جنسیتی آشکار قرار گرفته اند.
این خشونت‌ها و تبعیضات با اتکا به قوانینی که زن را ملک مرد می‌داند نهادینه شده است. بر چنین بستری، خشونت‌های خانوادگی علیه زنان افزایش یافته است و زنان نه تنها از حمایت قانونی و قضایی در مقابله با خشونت مردان و خانواده برخوردار نیستند بلکه قانون و مجریان آن، عملا و با مسکوت گذاشتن قضیه دست مردان را در اعمال این خشونت‌ها که علاوه بر آسیب‌های روانی جبران ناپذیر، که در بسیاری از موارد به مرگ و یا نقص عضو آنان منجر میشود، کاملا باز گذاشته است.
طبق قانون قتل فرزند به دست پدر و یا جد پدری مجازات بازدارنده‌ای وجود ندارد،که صد البته منظور از فرزند بیشتر دختران و زنان هستند. به همین دلیل بسیاری از جانیان بی مهابا از مجازات، دختران خود را وحشیانه با داس، چاقو، اسلحه گرم و یا با به آتش کشیدن به قتل می‌رسانند.
در مورد شوهران و یا برادران متهم به «قتل های به اصطلاح ناموسی» هم صدها مورد وجود دارد که این قاتلان با استناد به « دفاع از ناموس خانواده» حداکثر به چند سال زندان محکوم شده‌اند و بعدا آزادانه به زندگی خفت‌بار خود ادامه داده اند.
نبایستی فراموش کنیم که فرهنگ و سنت‌های عقب‌مانده قرون وسطایی هم که در دل جوامع سنتی جا خوش کرده می‌تواند یکی از دلایل مهم ارقام بالای این گونه جنایات هولناک باشد، اما نگاهی به قتل‌های اخیر نشان می‌دهد که زنان در هیچ جا از خطر کشته شدن توسط نرمردان در امان نیستند.
ما جمعی از فعالین اجتماعی و کمیته محلات مریوان ضمن محکوم کردن چنین جنایاتی و برای مقابله با این چنین توحش ضدانسانی مقابل این جنایات که هرروزه به نوعی و از جایی جان نیمی از جامعه را به خطر میاندازد و هر لحظه ممکن است جنایتی چه بسا هولناک‌تر رخ دهد را مورد خطاب قرار میدهیم که باهم علیه این جنایات که سیستماتیک تولید و باز تولید میشود بایستیم و از تمامی انسان‌های آگاه و مبارز و هر انسانی که ذره ای بوی از انسانیت و نوع دوستی برده است فارغ از هر نوع رنگ و گویش و ملیت و ...کنار هم برای به حداقل رساندن این جنایات و حداقل مجرم شناختن بانیان چنین فجایع سکوت اختیار نکنند و همراه هم به وضع موجود اعتراض کنیم و بعنوان کسانی که سلامت جامعه مسئله اش هست و خودمان را در مقابل آن به نوعی مسئول می‌دانیم بایستیم و یک صدا بگوییم نه به خشونت سیستماتیک علیه زنان.

"Honor killings" are one of the most brutal forms of violence against women and girls.
This unbridled violence, rooted in patriarchal relations, has long been a stumbling block for women in backward societies and has taken on terrible proportions every day.
Over the years, women in all political, social, judicial, economic and other spheres have been exposed to overt violence and gender discrimination.
This violence and discrimination is institutionalized based on laws that make women the property of men. In such a context, domestic violence against women has increased and women not only do not have legal and judicial protection against male and domestic violence, but the law and its perpetrators, practically and by silencing the issue of men's hands in committing such violence, which in addition It is completely open to irreparable psychological damage, which in many cases leads to their death or disability.
According to the law, there is no deterrent punishment for the murder of a child by a father or paternal grandfather, which, of course, means more children than girls and women. For this reason, many reckless criminals brutally kill their daughters with sickles, knives, firearms, or arson.
There are also hundreds of cases of husbands or brothers accused of "so-called honor killings" who have been sentenced to a maximum of several years in prison on the grounds of "defending the honor of the family" and have later continued to live a miserable life.
We should not forget that the backward medieval culture and traditions that have taken root in traditional societies can also be one of the main reasons for the high numbers of such horrific crimes, but a look at recent killings shows that women are nowhere in danger of being killed by the Normans. They are not safe.
We, a group of social activists and the Marivan Neighborhood Committee, while condemning such crimes, and in order to confront such inhuman atrocities against these crimes, which endanger the lives of half of the society in some way or another, and at any moment a more horrible crime may occur. We call on us to stand together against these crimes, which are systematically produced and reproduced. From all conscious and fighting human beings and every human being who has smelled a bit of humanity and altruism, regardless of any color, dialect, nationality, etc., together, in order to minimize these crimes and at least to find the perpetrators of such catastrophes guilty, there is no room for silence. Let us protest together against the status quo, and as those who care about the health of society and hold ourselves accountable for it, stand up and speak with one voice, not against systematic violence against women.
